Paralyzing Fear of Perfectionism

I'm so worried about making my life into a beautiful painting, that I'm too scared to pick up my brush for fear of making something less than perfect. But today I realized that a marred masterpiece is better than none at all.

I'm tired of waiting for my dreams to come true. Maybe that's why so many people let go of their dreams...because they sit around waiting, scared of whatever comes next. Maybe not.

But I'm going to take a step forward for once, instead of standing still, worried.

Because doing nothing is a decision, and one that I don't want to make.
